Aida Betancourt is a Certified Life & Health Coach from the Health Coaching Institute, CCE accredited, recognized by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
I guide my clients to reach a health balance in their lives, improving their energy & self-image while helping them discover their inner power and true potential. I will teach you how to go from surviving to thriving. Empowering you to move forward by de-cluttering your life one layer at a time. I strongly believe that when you achieve balance of body, mind, and soul you achieve freedom, you start living life on your terms and that is a beautiful thing!
I hold a Masters in Management of Information Services from University of Phoenix and a BA in Psychology from Interamerican University of Puerto Rico.
Personally, I am a 48 year old divorced mom of two teenagers: 17 year old Anjelica and 15 year old Gabriel. Army Veteran, Independent Writer, Blogger, and Photographer. I came into coaching after surviving a few toxic relationships, and most importantly learning how to prioritize myself, while loosing over 30 pounds and keeping it off for almost two years.
I am a contributing writer for the Northeast Polk Gazette for Polk County in Florida and am currently co-writing my first book about Army experiences.
